I am preparing the new classes in the Spring ‘08 semester and would like anyone who is interested in being either a guest lecturer to contact me. We have here such a wonderful opportunity to share and learn new information. You don’t need to present all information on the topic, but enough to provide our students with the basics. You get them started and then it’s up to them. Here at NU, we believe that all staff have a lesson to teach ~ and to learn.
It is our hope that we can fulfill roles in learning and teaching. You are either throwing the ball or picking it up. These actions happen in no particular order and sometimes the ball comes or goes to an unexpected person.
I am pleased to announce that Wyllow will be offering classes (see Schedule category) this spring. If you would like to be a guest speaker, you can follow your own schedule. We ask 2 weeks in advance and the first person who applies for a time period, they are immediately approved. It pays to register! Please contact me if you would like to participate in our Spring ‘08 schedule.
